Pre-orders
- Pre-orders will be dispatched only once the stock is available. Estimated dispatch dates can be found on the product pages.

All orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched in full only once the pre-order is ready. However, if you’d like to receive your in-stock items separately, please email our customer service team at info@jaki.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
We ship to internationally using DHL Express and FedEx International Connect Plus, with both offering a tracked, Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service. This means we cover customs duties and taxes, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

- Canada: Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.
- Australia: Free shipping on orders over A$170.

- Middle East: Free shipping on orders over $100.
- USA: Free shipping on orders over $50.

* EU Zone 3 Shipments must be sent via DHL Express & incurs a paid shipping fee.

Customs delays & PO boxes: Please note that international deliveries may be subject to delays due to Customs checks. Please allow an extra day due to the covid-19 situation. We also are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Armed Forces Territories. If you have selected this and your parcel is returned to sender, you will not be refunded your original postage fees and will be liable for any subsequent return delivery/custom charges.
Signature release/ leave with neighbour: If you'd prefer not to sign for your parcel or to leave it with your neighbour, you can select these options using links provided when DHL or FedEx sends shipping updates for your order. However please be aware that JAKI cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur upon delivery with removal of your signature requirement.
Undelivered items: In the rare and unlikely event that your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer or missed deliveries, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery. If there is still no response to re-delivery and your item is destroyed, you will not be entitled to a refund. If your parcel is re-directed/returned to sender after redelivery attempts and there is no indication that you will accept the parcel, you will be liable for any original and return shipping costs, and customs charges your parcel incurs.
Disputed delivery: Please note that JAKI has the right to request evidence before issuing any refunds. JAKI also has protocols in place should suspicious or fraudulent activity be suspected. If you wish to dispute your delivery after the delivery carrier has issued confirmation of delivery (through tracking information), you are entitled to do so within 14 days of this confirmation.
Please note that customers are liable for any import bills they may received.

Extended Christmas Returns: Orders placed after the 10th December 2025 have until 10th January 2026 to return their items.
Outside of the Christmas return period, you have 14 days from the date of delivery receipt to return any unused items and receive a refund. Returns are subject to a handling fee dependent on region.
Returns for online purchases will not be accepted in our physical JAKI stores, and must be returned to our warehouse.
Items must include all original tags and be in the same pristine, sellable condition that they were received. They must also be in their original packaging (garment bag for clothing, box for shoes etc).
We cannot accept returns that are found to have make-up/sweat stains, are washed or have any noticeable smells or marks (including smells of pets), evidence of outdoor wear, or unhygienic to resell. These garments will not be accepted and will be sent back at the expense of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

I bought an XS sweater in orange and an S in Olive green because they didn't have XS. Both fit great and are super stretchy and soft. The size S sweater is a bit longer to cover the butt with the drawstring pant. But I like the shorter one over the satin jumpsuit.
