You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return unused items for a refund. A handling or returns shipping fee may apply depending on your region and method of return.

Please note that sale items purchased in the United States are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. However, they may be returned for an exchange or store credit, subject to our Returns Policy.

Where applicable, pre-paid return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Online purchases cannot be returned to JAKI physical stores and must be sent back to our warehouse.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original sellable condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included (such as garment bags for clothing or shoe boxes for footwear).

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, make-up or sweat stains, noticeable marks, odours (including pet smells), outdoor use, or any condition that makes them unhygienic for resale. These garments will not be accepted and will be sent back at the expense of the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
