International

Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders will be dispatched only once the stock is available. Estimated dispatch dates can be found on the product pages.
  • All orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched in full only once the pre-order is ready. However, if you’d like to receive your in-stock items separately, please email our customer service team at info@jaki.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

International Duties and Taxes Paid

We ship to internationally using DHL Express and FedEx International Connect Plus, with both offering a tracked, Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service. This means we cover customs duties and taxes, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

Dispatch Times:

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, before 12pm GMT.

Free Shipping Thresholds:
Enjoy free shipping on orders above the following amounts:

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.
  • Australia: Free shipping on orders over A$170.
  • Europe*: Free shipping on orders over €120.
  • Asia: Free shipping on orders over $100.
  • Middle East: Free shipping on orders over $100.
  • USA: Free shipping on orders over $50.

* EU Zone 3 Shipments must be sent via DHL Express & incurs a paid shipping fee.

Working days: defined as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays.


Customs delays & PO boxes: Please note that international deliveries may be subject to delays due to Customs checks. Please allow an extra day due to the covid-19 situation. We also are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Armed Forces Territories. If you have selected this and your parcel is returned to sender, you will not be refunded your original postage fees and will be liable for any subsequent return delivery/custom charges.

 

Signature release/ leave with neighbour: If you'd prefer not to sign for your parcel or to leave it with your neighbour, you can select these options using links provided when DHL or FedEx sends shipping updates for your order. However please be aware that JAKI cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur upon delivery with removal of your signature requirement.


Undelivered items: In the rare and unlikely event that your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer or missed deliveries, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery. If there is still no response to re-delivery and your item is destroyed, you will not be entitled to a refund. If your parcel is re-directed/returned to sender after redelivery attempts and there is no indication that you will accept the parcel, you will be liable for any original and return shipping costs, and customs charges your parcel incurs.


Disputed delivery: Please note that JAKI has the right to request evidence before issuing any refunds. JAKI also has protocols in place should suspicious or fraudulent activity be suspected. If you wish to dispute your delivery after the delivery carrier has issued confirmation of delivery (through tracking information), you are entitled to do so within 14 days of this confirmation.

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return unused items for a refund. A handling fee may apply depending on your region.

Please note, for US customers, items reduced in our semi-annual sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only and are not refundable, except where required by law.

Online purchases cannot be returned to JAKI physical stores and must be sent back to our warehouse.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original sellable condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included (such as garment bags for clothing or shoe boxes for footwear).

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, make-up or sweat stains, noticeable marks, odours (including pet smells), outdoor use, or any condition that makes them unhygienic for resale. These garments will not be accepted and will be sent back at the expense of the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
